Lower Body Strength

Your ultimate lower body training session designed to build strength where it matters most. Through hip thrusts, squats, lunges, and accessory work, you’ll grow and shape your glutes and legs. Every class ends with a StairMaster burn to fire up your endurance and lock in results.

This class strengthens and shapes the glutes while improving core stability through focused strength training and controlled movement.

Aerobic Base Training

This is a 45-minute StairMaster-based class where most of the workout is done on the machine at a steady pace.


It builds your aerobic base, improves cardiovascular fitness, builds lower body endurance, and supports fat loss over time. It is your foundation conditioning day that improves overall performance in all other workouts.

Strength + Stair

This is a high-intensity strength and conditioning class that combines full-body lifting with StairMaster training. It builds strength, power, and cardiovascular fitness through structured circuits under fatigue.

Sculpt + Stair

A refined blend of StairMaster cardio and mat-based Pilates-inspired strength work designed to sculpt, tone, and build full body control and endurance. Low impact, high results.

Rise & Flow: Vinyasa Yoga

This guided flow moves seamlessly from one pose to the next, pairing breath with intention in movement to build strength, enhance mobility, and promote full body balance. An ideal complement to strength training, this class helps reduce stiffness, support recovery, and improve long-term performance. All levels welcome.

Sunday Reset: Restorative Flow

Strong bodies need time to recover. This restorative class helps you stretch, breathe, and reset before the new week begins. We move mindfully through gentle mobility and flexibility work using props such as straps, blocks, and therapy balls. Bringing your own mat is encouraged.
