The Glute House FAQs
Why choose The Glute House instead of a regular gym or 1-on-1 personal training?
In a traditional gym setting, you’re often expected to plan your own workouts, correct your own form, and track your own progress. One-on-one personal training provides guidance, but requires a much higher financial commitment.
The Glute House was intentionally created to bridge that gap.
Our small-group classes offer coach-led training, intentional programming, and real-time support, combined with the motivation and accountability that comes from training alongside other women. Each class is thoughtfully structured from warm-up to cool-down so you can focus on moving well and building consistency.
Many of our members choose The Glute House because it’s something they can truly commit to.
This is more than a workout.
It is an investment in guidance, consistency, and a space designed with purpose.
What can I expect in class?
Every class at The Glute House follows a clear, intentional structure designed to help you feel confident, supported, and strong — no matter your experience.
A typical class includes:
• Dynamic warm-up
We begin with purposeful movement to warm the body, increase mobility, and prepare your joints and muscles for training.
• StairMaster warm-up (about 5 minutes)
This helps elevate the heart rate and continue warming up in a low-impact, effective way.
• Activation work
We use resistance bands to activate key muscle groups — glutes on lower-body days and shoulders, back, and arms on upper-body days — helping you feel connected, stable, and ready to lift.
• Main training block
• Lower & upper body days: Structured lifts followed by accessory work to build strength and muscle
• Conditioning days: Full-body, circuit-style workouts using timed stations to improve endurance and overall conditioning
• Finish + cool down
All classes finish with StairMaster work followed by static stretching to support recovery and leave you feeling balanced.
Classes are coach-led and scalable. You’ll receive guidance, cues, and modifications so you can move confidently at your own pace.
Our goal is simple: intentional training, consistent progress, and a supportive space created for women.

What if I’ve never worked out before?
No worries — you don’t need any experience to start at The Glute House. Every class is coached and guided so you’ll always know what to do and how to do it safely.
We focus on proper form, gradual progress, and confidence-building, meeting you exactly where you are. Whether you’re brand new or getting back into a routine, we’ll make sure you feel supported and strong from day one.
Why the StairMaster?
The StairMaster is a key part of The Glute House experience, improving cardiovascular fitness and lower-body strength through low-impact movement while maintaining an elevated, fat-burning heart rate. It pairs seamlessly with our strength training to build endurance efficiently.
Why is training glutes so important?
Your glutes are the powerhouse of the body. They play a key role in nearly every movement, from walking and climbing stairs to lifting, jumping, and maintaining upright posture.
Strong glutes do more than enhance your physique. They help:
• Support posture and balance by stabilizing the hips and spine
• Reduce injury risk by decreasing stress on the knees and lower back
• Improve athletic performance by driving powerful movements like sprinting, jumping, and lifting
• Enhance everyday movement by improving stability, reaction time, and coordination
• Protect long-term mobility by promoting joint health and efficient movement as you age
At The Glute House, glute training goes beyond aesthetics. We train glutes to support better movement, greater strength, and long-term confidence in how you move through life.
